Class Descriptions

Fundamentals (Gi)
Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to sharpen their foundation. Students wear the traditional Gi (kimono-style uniform). You’ll learn core positions, escapes, submissions, and transitions while building balance, timing, and confidence.

Advanced (Gi)
For experienced practitioners who understand the basics of Jiu-Jitsu. These classes explore advanced techniques, deeper strategy, and live rolling with an emphasis on control, pressure, and problem-solving.

No-Gi
“No-Gi” means training without the kimono — you wear shorts and a rash guard instead of the traditional Gi. The pace is usually faster, with grips based on body control rather than clothing.

Kids 4-6

Our youngest students learn BJJ through play — basic gymnastics and movement skills paired with grappling concepts taught as games. Classes are structured and consistent, building coordination and body awareness while teaching respect, discipline, and what it means to be a good training partner.

Kids 7–10
Fun, fast-paced classes that teach coordination, teamwork, and fundamental Jiu-Jitsu movements in a positive and safe environment. The focus is on building confidence, listening skills, and respect all while having fun.

Kids 10–14
A step up in technical skill and challenge. Students learn effective self-defense, takedowns, and controlled sparring. The program encourages discipline, focus, and resilience both on and off the mats.
